Cancellation Policy:

Students and parents acknowledge that lessons must adhere to the scheduled time to maintain the flow for other students. If a student is late, the lesson will proceed but only for the remaining time; no credit will be given for missed time.

If a lesson must be missed, a courtesy call or text must be made at least 24 hours in advance to inform the teacher and receive credit. Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in forfeiture of the lesson and fee.
